How to Get the Best Results
A few tips to make these prompts work harder for you:
- Add context. The more specific you are, the better the output. Include your business type, location, and who you’re talking to.
- Iterate. If the first result isn’t right, say “make it shorter”, “make it more casual”, or “rewrite with a stronger call to action”.
- Don’t feed it private data. Avoid putting customer names, financial figures, or sensitive business information into public AI tools. Read our guide on AI and Australian privacy law.
- Use it as a starting point. Always review and personalise AI output before sending. Your voice matters.
